All products from unik. Prints are digital downloads. Nothing is posted, and your files are made available straight after payment.

Your right to cancel. Normally UK consumers have 14 days to cancel an online order. For digital content, you lose this right once the download has started or the content has been made available, because you ask us to supply it immediately. By placing an order you make that request and agree to this.

Refunds. We don’t offer refunds once your files have been made available, unless the law says otherwise.

If something goes wrong. This doesn’t affect your legal rights. Contact us within 14 days if a file won’t open or download, is faulty or not as described, or you were charged twice. We’ll fix it, send a replacement or refund you where appropriate.
