These terms apply to all purchases from unik. Prints ("we", "us", "our"). By buying from this store you agree to them. Please read them before you order.

2. What you are buying
Everything we sell is a digital download. No physical item is posted to you. After payment you receive a link to download your files. You print the artwork yourself or through a print shop of your choice.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any taxes where required. Payment is taken at checkout. Some items may have a minimum price, and we may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
4. Delivery
Your download link is normally available straight after payment and is also emailed to you. Please download and save your files promptly. If you have any trouble accessing them, contact us and we will help.
5. Your licence (personal use only)
When you buy a print you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to print it for your own use, such as decorating your home or giving a printed copy as a gift.
You may not:
- resell, share, give away or redistribute the digital files;
- use the artwork on products for sale (for example mugs, T-shirts or cards) or in any commercial way;
- claim the artwork as your own or edit it and pass it off as your design;
- upload the files to any website, marketplace or print-on-demand service for others to buy or download.
We keep all copyright and ownership in the artwork. Need a commercial licence? Contact us.
6. Printing and colours
Colours on screen can look different from printed colours because of screens, printers, inks and paper. We cannot guarantee an exact colour match. We recommend printing a test copy first. Frames, mats and mockup scenes shown in our photos are for display only and are not included.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Because our products are digital content that you can download immediately, we do not offer refunds once the files have been made available to you, except where the law gives you a right to one.
By placing an order you ask us to supply the digital content immediately and you accept that you will lose your usual 14-day right to cancel once the download has started or the content has been made available.
This does not affect your legal rights. If a file is faulty, will not open, is not as described, or you were charged twice, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the problem, replace the file or refund you, as appropriate.
8. Intellectual property and trademarks
All artwork, text, logos and designs on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Any brand names or car models that appear are used only to describe the subject of a design, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands.
9. Limitation of liability
We take care to provide accurate listings and working files, but we do not accept responsibility for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, or for printing results from third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We collect only the information needed to process your order and provide your downloads. See our Privacy Policy for how we use and protect your data.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales (or those of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there and the law gives you that right).
