What do I receive?
You get a high-resolution digital file of your chosen print, designed at 24 × 36 inches. Nothing is posted to you. It's a download only.
How do I get my file?
Straight after payment, a download link appears on your order confirmation and is emailed to you. Please save your file somewhere safe once downloaded.
What size and shape is the file?
Every print is created at 24 × 36 inches, which is a 2:3 ratio.
Which sizes can I print it at?
The file prints with no cropping at any 2:3 size: 4×6, 6×9, 8×12, 10×15, 12×18, 16×24, 20×30 and 24×36 inches, or 20×30, 40×60, 50×75 and 60×90 cm.
Can I print it at A4, A3, A2, 8×10, 11×14 or 50×70 cm?
Yes, but those sizes are a different shape. A small amount will be trimmed from the edges, or you'll see a thin border. Check the preview before you print, and ask the print shop to "fit" or "fill" as you prefer.
How do I print it?
You can print at home, at a local print shop, or through an online print service. Choose "actual size" or "100%" so the printer doesn't shrink it. A matte or satin paper of about 170 to 250gsm gives a lovely finish. Print a small test copy first.
Why do my printed colours look different from my screen?
Screens and printers show colour differently, and paper and ink change it too. A test print helps you adjust.
Are frames included?
No. Frames, mounts and the room scenes in our photos are for display only.
Can I sell or share the print?
Prints are for personal use only. You can print them for your own home or as a gift, but you can't resell or share the files, use them on products for sale, or claim them as your own.
Can I get a refund?
Because files are delivered instantly, we can't offer refunds once they've been made available, but your legal rights aren't affected. If a file won't open, is faulty or wasn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we'll put it right. See our Refund policy.
I didn't get my download. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first, then use the form on our Contact page with your order number and we'll sort it out.
